Here’s the 2024 April Poem-A-Day Challenge. Today’s prompt is to write a middle poem. (A poem about you or something “in the middle.”
Kerry Berry
My number 2 "Grand"
With just her left hand
Can draw and write
Beautifully.
A tall middle child
Soft-spoken and mild,
She's really quite bright,
Immutably.
She married a Rob
who has a great job.
The two are quite tight,
Suitably.
Now "Greats" number two
One pink, and one blue.
They play, never fight
Dutifully.
So "Middles" do well
I can certainly tell.
If they bicker or bite,
It's news-to-me.
