  What a hoot of a mystery story! Who knew that criminals could use Artificial Intelligence to promote a scam on Millie and her friends? Well they did, but, oh boy, did they NOT know Millie! Like a mama bear with her cubs in danger she leads her friends on the criminal’s trail all the way to the “Gotcha!” end, with just minutes to spare. Yay!  Kudos, Hope Callaghan for this unusual twist in a mystery.

We also get a further glimpse in this book into the sweet marriage between Millie and the ship’s Captain. Both these “stars” of the Siren of the Seas ship have a close relationship with God as well which was so cool for me to read.

There is talk about a new place to cruise in this book. They are repositioning from the Caribbean to Alaska.  I can’t wait. What criminal diversions will there be in the chilly waters and great wildernesses in the North West for Millie, and her friends on the Siren of the Seas?

Also, here and there in this book, author Hope Callaghan raises two “possibilities” for eager new crew members in the future. Keep a look out for Kendall and Skylar!

Altogether, I totally enjoyed this book, and not only because I love cruising. It’s obvious the author knows her way around a cruise ship, as well as in writing interesting new-era mysteries!
